 Jesuit High School Athletic FacilityWe had an opportunity to help leave our thumbprint on the Tampa community by working alongside Jesuit High School in their campus revitalization. Steeped in rich tradition, our small firm worked to pay homage to the history of the Jesuit Order, incorporating small artistic details in each aspect of design. The Tigers' Den houses the new weight room, wrestling facility, and locker rooms. |  Jaeb ResidenceThe Jaeb residence is an example of a quiet retreat that is conveniently located in suburban Valrico, Florida. The dormer windows, red brick, exposed beams, and extensive crown molding are just a few of the distinctive features of this classically inspired Georgian residence. A frame-built residence, this home was crafted with careful details to the actual full brick veneer exterior, built in with quality by Master Builder Ray Zulli of Cleveland, Ohio. |  Epperson Ranch LagoonWe are thrilled to be the architect for this fast paced and one-of-a-kind project.  The vision for Epperson Ranch Lagoon is not only innovative in structure and design, but in vision for the fun and relaxation of our community! Designed to support entertainment for all ages and stages of life, our contribution as the architect of the Entry Facility, Swim Bar, Gasparilla Beach, Cabana Lagoon, and The Hub serves to support the vision of the developer. |  Historic Hyde Park BungalowWe have the privilege of doing the renovation on a bungalow style house in historic Hyde Park, located just outside Hyde Park Village. Currently in progress, you will see that the steps to the finished product aren't always pretty, but the end result is worth it. Fun fact: this was Bert's family home as a child! The family sold it in 2009, and now Bert has the opportunity to reinvigorate its original charm. |

 Goody Goody BurgersWe had the opportunity to work alongside some of Tampa's most talented folks for this project. Tasked with recreating the essence of the original Goody Goody, while maintaining operational flow, made this project all about the details. For The Bridges Retirement Community, we worked to design a functional facility that was aesthetically pleasing, cost effective, and a welcoming home for their residents. Along with the residence building, we designed a clubhouse for entertainment purposes- complete with a half-shaded pool area, view of the lake, and formal dining/bar area with a fire place.
